Flory Models Sand Weathering Wash (FMW005) is a specialised sand-toned wash designed to recreate realistic sandy buildup, dust effects, and natural weathering on scale models of aircraft, military vehicles, terrain, and diorama scenes. This sand wash flows easily into panel lines, crevices, wheel wells, and textured surfaces to highlight detail while adding authentic, environment-appropriate shading and grit. 

Ideal for desert, arid, and dusty operational environments, the sand-toned wash enhances surfaces with a warm, earthy tone that mimics wind-blown dust and sand deposits. It can be applied with a brush or airbrush, allowed to settle into recessed areas, and then gently wiped back for precise control of the effect.
